    Awful experience this time around with MineJerseys. Firstly, I ordered my jersey on February 3 and it did not arrive until April 13. I then ordered two more jerseys on March 26 and paid an extra $20 for express shipping only for the jerseys not to arrive yet (still waiting for them). I then got a notification saying I'll have to pay another $30 of customs fees, which is unbelievable. I then ordered two more jerseys, only for them to firstly email me saying one of them has sold out (after accepting my payment). They then emailed me with the audacity to pay an extra $20 of shipping because there are no "regular shipments" to my country. I understand the global situation but they should not be promising and guaranteeing services they cannot deliver. Awful experience this time around. Customer service was also a joke.

Before this shirt delivered we have offer free resend into the new order pacakge and that was delivered also,so total you got two shirt for that. 2.The DHL shipping fee $20 it is paid for shipping ship use DHL and we are real shipped use DHL https://t.17track.net/en#nums=1888921554. 3.I am sorry for the custom charge you $30 tax for the package,but the charge tax it is not in control from us. Cause the COVID-19 all of the shipping way are not fast as normal,hope you can understand.

    I ordered a 2XL, but the shirt I received is definitely NOT 2XL- there's a printed tag that indicates 2XL, but also XL, and the original (non-addidas) size is still visible under the second printed tag, indicating that is actually just an XL. Took 2 months to receive. Had ordered as a review sample before recommending to my fellow fan club members (which, I will NOT be doing).

    The product is great and fits well, also looks very authentic with the custom name on the back. The only setback was the shipping. It took over 1 month to get to me. I understand its coming from China, but other then that I liked my purchase.

    The quality of the shirt is overall alright, although I didn't have the option to include any names, numbers or badges, which kills some of the purpose of the jersey. The shipping time was way too long. Maybe due to the christmas time, it took more than one month to arrive. The service has always been very friendly, but they recentlty have decreased the amount of bounties they give to loyal customers and do not tend to reward the written reviews.

    So my girlfriend bought this 19/20 Juventus Jersey and we were so excited, she usually wears a Medium size for womens but we ordered a Large so that she could be comfortable. When the item came, it said it was “L” but it was RIDICULOUSLY SMALL! As if meant for children, my girlfriend IS NOT A LITTLE KID! This is unfortunate because the shirt was GREAT quality for the price, im very disappointed in MineJerseys as ive ordered from them before and this is the first time ive had this issue. Hopefully they can do something for my troubles and atleast let me return it.
